カコンデ山脈の高地に位置しているSitio Seriemaのイヴァンとローズは、地域の湧き水を守ることから近隣住民への指導まで、思慮深く持続可能な取り組みに情熱を注いでいます。有機野菜の畑から、きめ細かく管理された乾燥設備に至るまで、彼らのすべての収穫には土地への深い愛情が込められています。そんな彼らの取り組みを、私たちは誇りをもって応援しています。
